We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Q Card, Zip, Afterpay & Laybuy.
PURCHASING ONLINE WITH Q CARD
You can use your Q Card to make online purchases at motomail.co.nz* and receive at least 3 months no payments and
no
interest (Payment Holiday) on your purchase.
On promotional days (as advertised from time to time) you could get an extended Payment Holiday period.
To use Q Card online simply select 'Credit Card' as your payment type when you check-out, enter your Q Card
number,
expiry date and CVV number. (Your CVV number is a 3 digit number displayed on the back on your Q Card).

PRICES, DESCRIPTION & AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that
you
may choose to have it placed on backorder and shipped when it is back in stock, select an alternative product or
have your order partially or fully refunded.
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate
we
do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on
the
website. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an
explanation.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders to destinations outside New Zealand may be subject to local sales tax and/or import duty and customers
remain
liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.
LOYALTY POINTS
Every purchase of $100 or more will earn you five loyalty points. They accumulate with every qualifying purchase
and
can be redeemed for their balance in dollars during the checkout stage of your purchase. Loyalty points cannot be
used in the same purchase as they are earnt. Sale items are excluded from the loyalty program. Your available
loyalty points balance will be visible at checkout.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are issued in NZ Dollars only, and never expire. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, or used to
purchase further gift cards. Lost or Stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Change will not be given on Gift
Cards and any balance will remain on the card.
CLICK & COLLECT
If you would like to collect an item purchased online from our retail store, please select click and collect at
checkout. When your order is ready for collection you will be sent an email notification. Please note that we will
hold click and collect orders for 10 days. If the order is not collected within 10 days we may cancel and refund
your order.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
If an Item you purchase is not available you will be notified by email and given the option of backordering the
item
or changing your order. If you do not wish to backorder or select an alternative product, your purchase will be
refunded.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
If the goods supplied are incorrect to what you ordered, Motomail will re-supply the correct order freight paid
and
will arrange the return freight on the incorrect item.
INCORRECT SIZE ORDERED
Motomail will exchange goods that do not fit and will supply an alternative size. If an alternative size is not
available, you will be offered an alternative style in the correct size. If you do not want the alternative style
your order will be refunded. Return freight costs for the original order are your responsibility so please be sure
to select sizes carefully. No refunds or exchanges are available for clearance or sale items.

Motomail uses secure server software. All information including your name, address and credit card number are
encrypted for your protection. All information remains confidential.
