Shipping

Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays for stocked items are typically dispatched by courier on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Courier delivery timeframes vary by region but you should expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days. Please allow an extra day or two for rural deliveries.

Orders over $99 are shipped for free within New Zealand

In rare instances an item you have ordered may sell out before we are able to process your online purchase. If this does occur we will contact you and provide a backorder timeframe or suggest an alternative.

A confirmation email containing your order tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. If your tracking number is not recognised please try again in a few hours as there is sometimes a delay while your order awaits courier collection.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or the item you have purchased does not fit you can return it within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange, store credit or refund of the price paid less any shipping costs.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in a new and saleable condition, with original packaging, labels, tags and all accessoires intact.
  • Product packaging must be wrapped / protected before shipping to avoid damage. Do not stick anything to the packaging.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Items that have been "taken for a ride" or fitted to a motorcycle.
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Bike specific parts
  • Electrical items
  • Dangerous goods

You must include a copy of your invoice and a completed returns form with your returned products.

Return the item to Motomail using your preferred shipping method. For your security, we recommend you use a courier that requires signature delivery.

Please choose carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges available on clearance or sale items.

If you have any concerns about your return meeting our conditions, please contact us before sending, thereby avoiding unnecessary courier costs.

Any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the returned item.

The refund value will be the price paid for the goods less any shipping costs incurred by us.

Click & Collect

For items that we hold in stock at our store, select click and collect at checkout and we will send you a notification email when your order is ready to be collected.

Motomail Loyalty

Every purchase of $100 or more will earn you five loyalty points. They accumulate with every qualifying purchase and can be redeemed for their balance in dollars during the checkout stage of your purchase. Loyalty points cannot be used in the same purchase as they are earnt. Sale items are excluded from the loyalty program.

Gift Cards

You can apply the value of your gift card against any purchase either in-store or online.

Gift cards are issued in NZ Dollars, and do not expire.
